Our delivery and pickup fee is based on the vehicle we use, the amount of gas that is required to and from our warehouse location and time paying our staff that is required to travel to and from the location for the event needs.
Normal QPP delivery and pickup times are scheduled from 9am to 1am. There will be a $300 fee for any delivery or pickup scheduled outside of these times.
QPP provides a two hour delivery window in most cases and will contact you prior to delivery or upon arrival. However, timed deliveries can be arranged for an additional $200.

At Quantum Party Productions, we value your business. We also value our staff that provides the services for your event rentals. We are a professional company that pays accordingly.
We determine the necessary labor per event based on what items have been rented, the time allowed for delivery and setup at the event and the logistics of the event location. Things like, are there stairs? What's the parking like? How much time do we have to unload and load?
Cost of Labor Covers
Let's say you have an event that needs 150 chairs. You need the event rentals in San Francisco 2 hours before the party. You know the rental fees, but realistically, how much do you think labor should costs? You will need to consider each staff member making at least $25 per hour.
